  This project has been developed by itself. The project uses PLC control technology, field bus technology, sensor technology and other advanced automatic control technologies to achieve the requirements of shield segment production automation. At the same time, the project adopts: the hydraulic one-way transmission mode is adopted for the traveling device to ensure the smooth operation of the mold car on the assembly line; the top of the hydraulic one-way transmission is equipped with a one-way thrust trolley, which pushes the mold trolley to run forward through the hydraulic cylinder; The self-developed airbag vibration isolation platform or multi-wheeled overhead platform is set up in the vibration room, so as to avoid the energy loss caused by the transmission of energy to the ground during vibration, and reduce the damage to the mold wheel bearing. At the same time, the forming accuracy of the segment is guaranteed to the greatest extent; the end segment handling unit is equipped with a mechanical self-clamping horizontal spreader, which is safe and reliable. Combined with the self-developed mechanical segment turning platform (using worm gear reducer and rack-and-pinion transmission mechanism), it is more efficient and reliable than the traditional turning platform, so that the segment is in a vertical state, and then the self-designed lateral spreader is used. The segment is stably hoisted to the self-developed rail flatbed car, which is combined with frequency conversion technology and wire rope traction, and has the characteristics of stable running and long service life. A complete set of testing equipment such as impermeability test bench, bending and pull-out test bench, and three-ring assembly bench are also set up outside the site.
